The Outsourced Legal Department

Our understanding of legal advice:
Legal services
- require comprehensive and competent advice for the client making decisions made on well substantiated grounds
- are useful only if rendered within the time frame required by the client
- show the client (new) roads to success
- help minimize legal and entrepreneurial risks
- save personal and financial resources
- support business success within the legal requirements (compliance)
In short: our understanding of legal services is not to prevent business, but to advance it in cooperation with other functions within the legal restraints and to unburden and support management as decision makers on legal subjects.
